Parents Let Kid Drop Out Of High School To Focus On Guitar Hero

I really thought this was a headline from The Onion, but it's true it's really true.  It's here in a real honest to goodness newspaper, though not the Houston Chronicle this time.  The parents really are paying for tutors to home school the kid so he can concentrate on his Guitar Hero skills.  "They would have preferred that he stay in high school with his brother. But he bugged them until they let him quit."  If the whole professional video game player job doesn't work out, he just might have a good career in sales.
